Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00–8:00 and 19:00–20:00
A dynamic and energetic practice for developing flexibility and endurance.
Yoga Nidra
Saturday: 10:00–11:00 and 17:00–18:00
A practice of deep relaxation and restoration, ideal for stress relief.
In addition to regular classes, we also offer:
Individual lessons - choose any time convenient for you to dive deeper into the practice with a teacher one-on-one.
Classes in nature - whenever possible and depending on the weather, some classes are held outdoors, in nature.
We recommend signing up for classes in advance, as the number of places is limited.
Please arrive to class 10 minutes before the start to tune in and prepare for the practice.
If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know 24 hours in advance so that we can offer your place to other students.
