Our history

LigOm studio was born in the heart of India, in the country where yoga was born thousands of years ago and remains a living tradition to this day. India has always been a place of power and a source of spiritual development for many generations of yogis and practitioners from all over the world. We sought to create a space that not only respects and preserves ancient traditions, but also makes them accessible to modern people, connecting the past and the present.

The idea of ​​opening a yoga studio was born from our deep connection with Indian culture and yoga philosophy. Having lived in India for many years and studied with masters in different parts of the country, we came to the understanding that yoga is not just a set of physical exercises. It is a path to harmony, to a conscious life, to the restoration of inner light.

We wanted to create a space where people can feel the special atmosphere that reigns in India - an atmosphere of spiritual awakening, awareness and unity with nature. This is how the LigOm studio was born - a place where light and the ancient sound "Om" combine, creating conditions for personal transformation.

The LigOm studio is located in a picturesque area surrounded by nature, which in itself inspires practice and inner work. We chose this location to make the studio a true oasis of peace and harmony, where everyone can forget about the hustle and bustle for a while and immerse themselves in ancient practices.

The name LigOm embodies our philosophy - the light and spiritual vibration that we believe is present in every person. We created this space to help people discover this light and restore balance through the practice of yoga.

Since the founding of our studio, we have strived to maintain the traditions of yoga and pass on its knowledge in its authentic form. But we also understand that the modern world makes its own demands, and therefore we adapt the practice so that it is accessible and useful for everyone - from beginners to experienced practitioners.

We conduct classes both in our spacious halls and in nature, in the open air, surrounded by Indian landscapes - on the banks of a river, at the foot of the mountains or in shady groves. These outdoor classes give our students a unique opportunity not only to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga, but also to feel a connection with the surrounding world, to experience harmony with nature.

We believe that yoga is a path to the inner light that is in each of us. At LigOm studio, we strive to create an atmosphere of respect, support and an individual approach so that each student feels part of a large community moving towards harmony and conscious living.
