LigOm Studio is a space for those who seek to find harmony, inner balance and reconnect with themselves. We believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a path to light and peace that helps strengthen the body, clear the mind and fill the heart with peace.

Our goal is to create a space where everyone can find inner light, harmony and balance through yoga practice and awareness. We strive to help people strengthen the body, clear the mind and achieve inner peace by developing awareness in every movement and breath. Our team consists of certified instructors, each of whom has many years of experience teaching yoga both in India and abroad. Our teachers do not just teach asanas, they help to understand more deeply the philosophy of yoga, conscious breathing and meditation, which makes the practice more holistic and transformative.
